Jason Dias, Trainer-Historian-Consultant

Jason M. Dias is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer consultant and facilitator in the areas of Generational Marketing and Management. His speaking style is candid, direct and has been uniformly praised by thousands across the country for his ability to inform and inspire. He offers a variety of keynote and staff training workshops that other business professionals have said are simply better than any training they have ever experienced.
His Keynote Sessions have been the highest rated sessions at every Financial Trade Show since 2002. Recently, he scored the highest rating of any presenter at the 2005 World Council of Credit Unions in Rome.
He has worked with businesses and organizations of all types and sizes. Using history, music and humor to tell stories about modern marketing and management principles he has compelled thousands of professionals to consider a simple premise: History is, change with it or get changed by it.
Jason earned his B.A. in American History from The University of Texas at San Antonio (1993.)
Jason is a US Army and Desert Storm Veteran.
Charles Presley, President
Group Leaders of America, Inc (GLAMER)
A 25-year veteran of the travel industry, Mr. Presley is best known for his work in the senior group field.
He founded Group Leaders of America(GLAMER), now in its 17th year. GLAMER has a membership of 20,000 group travel leaders who take 4.2 million seniors on tour annually.
Charlie is also founder of The Group Travel Leader newspaper which is read by 30,000 group leaders monthly, Bank Travel Management magazine distributed to 4,000 Bank Club Directors, and Going on Faith newspaper read by 3,000 Religious Travel Directors.
His involvement in group travel includes the development of Bank Travel, the first Conference for Bank Club directors. Bank Travel holds an annual conference hosting 750+ Bank Club Directors and Travel Industry.
Charlie also organized the African-American Travel Conference which brings together 500 travel planners of the African American organizations, and publishes Travelbound magazine distributed to 3,000 African American Travel Planners. His company also holds the marketing contract for the Association of African American Museums.
His most recent venture is the Going On Faith Travel Conference, designed for the religious travel market.
Outside of the traditional travel industry, Charlie has developed channels of distribution for Proctor and Gamble, Tylenol, and other Fortune 500 companies into the 50+ market. His company distributes 10 million+ consumer samples and discount coupons quarterly to 50+ travelers.
Charlie is also owner of Great American Vacations, and served seven years on the NTA Board of Directors, two terms on the US Senate Tourism Advisory Board, is married and has two children 9 and 12 years of age.

Clint Swindall
The president & CEO of Verbalocity, Clint began his career at SBC Communications Inc. (now AT&T) upon his graduation from Texas State University. As a participant in the company’s Leadership Development Program, he quickly gained hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer service, finance and technology.
Although successful in the corporate environment, Clint chose to use the skills he developed in this advanced leadership program, as well as the experiences gained as the vice president of communications for TSC Communications, Inc., to change lives and help organizations enhance their personal and professional leadership skills.
As the founder of Verbalocity, he brings an understanding of the corporate environment as well as a multitude of management experience. He enjoys the challenge of enhancing the leadership experiences of his clients by designing, developing and delivering tailored programs based on his leadership platform, Engaged Leadership. For those in search of a dynamic motivational speaker with a focus on personal and professional success, Clint provides a solid mix of inspiration and content in his program entitled Engaged Living.
